Terms of Service

We provide private chauffeur service in Southwest Florida and to the destinations listed on this site. You can book in two ways: a fixed-rate transfer to one of our listed destinations, or an hourly reservation for a dinner, event, or similar occasion. If your trip is neither, call us and we'll quote it.

• The price is shown to you before you pay, and it's the price you're charged. Gratuity is included. Hourly bookings are charged per hour, subject to the minimum shown when you book.
• Payment is made in full, in advance, through Square. Your booking is confirmed once your payment has gone through and you see the confirmation.
• Please give us accurate pickup details and a phone number we can reach you on. Check them before you pay.
• Each vehicle has a passenger and luggage capacity, shown with the vehicle on the home page. If your party or bags may exceed it, tell us before you book.

Cancellations, refunds, and no-shows are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. It forms part of these terms, so please read it before you book.

Please be at your pickup location at the scheduled time. For your safety and your chauffeur's, please follow their reasonable instructions, including wearing a seat belt where the law requires it. We may decline or end a trip where there is a safety concern or unlawful conduct.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. In particular, please don't:

• give false information, or make a booking you don't intend to use;
• use someone else's name or payment details without their permission;
• try to interfere with the site, overload it, or get around its security;
• try to access information that isn't yours, or collect data from the site in bulk.

Payments are handled by Square, and address suggestions and the route preview map are provided by Google. Their services are covered by their own terms and privacy policies. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Sunshine Private Car sends text message alerts about new bookings to its own business phone number. These messages are for us, not for customers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you make a booking applies to that booking, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Nothing in them takes away any rights you have under the law that can't be waived.
